Why Train with Jac?
For a long time, I struggled with knowing exactly how much I should eat, what kinds of workouts would be most effective, and how to become the most confident version of myself. I believed I could figure everything out on my own. I tried it all—fad diets, veganism, pilates, lifting, HIIT... No matter what I did, I couldn't achieve my goals. It wasn’t until I began training for my first bikini competition that I truly realized the power of having a coach and a plan that was tailored just for me.
Throughout my journey, I realized how passionate I am to help women break free from insecurity and confusion around fitness and body image.
